These ladies' Semi Kilted Skirts are custom made.. A deluxe version of our 4 yard kilted skirt with extra deep hand pleats (1.5 inches pleating depth) at the back creating movement and swing of a kilt. Find your perfect fit in a tartan of your choice! Featuring two buckled straps at one side, and one buckled strap on the inside, incorporate this elegant and stylish piece into your wardrobe.

Generally made to just below knee length but can be shortened as required
