An Art Deco era, diamond-set, panel ring, with a softly-bowed, diamond-shaped head. This ornate old darling has a delicately pierced face, that is decorated with a series of plumes, or flourishes, which seem to curl out from its center. The ring's three primary diamonds are charming old mine cuts; they are bead-set horizontally, into hex-shaped seats, across the center of the ring face. These diamonds face up white and clean, refracting light in a mirror-like way, thanks to their small high tables, and hand-cut facets— each of these OMC diamonds has an open culet that gives the impression of a pupil staring up from the eye of the gem. A pair of single cut supportersare set to the north and south of the primary diamonds. This ring has an ornate, carved-and-pierced gallery and shoulders. All of the edges are finished with delicate milgrain, to add sparkle. Its slender half-round shank tapers toward the base. This is low profile, and very comfortable in wear— it is made to hug the finger.
